Nous offrons une garantie à vie limitée contre tout défaut de fabrication et de matériel de ce vêtement.  Dans le cas de défectuosité du produit dûe à un problème de fabrication, nous nous engageons à réparer le produit sans frais ou à le remplacer à notre discrétion.  La garantie ne couvre pas les dommages causés par un entretien inapproprié, de la négligence, une usure normale ou des accrocs.

We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty against any defects found in the workmanship and material of this garment. In the instance of product flaws due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product without charge or replace it at our discretion. The warranty does not include damage due to improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

For warranty issues, please contact your official retailer (point of purchase) and your product will be forwarded to us for inspection.


LAUNDERING

Washing your down-filled coat in yourown home is easy – you just have to know what you're doing.

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  1. Remove all junk from the pockets and any removable trim (if applicable). 
  2. Ensure that all zippers are zipped up and all buttons fastened, including the center front. 
  3. Throw your parka into the washing machine on regular cold wash. Do not wash with any other garments, and avoid using fabric softener.
  4. After the washing cycle is complete, place in dryer immediately.
  5. Set your dryer to Tumble Dry - Low, and throw in a couple of clean tennis balls with your wet parka. These will help fluff the down back out to its original loft.
  6. Remove parka from dryer when it is completely dry.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED: 

  • Washing machine
  • 2-3 clean tennis balls
  • Laundry detergent

OTHER TIPS & TRICKS

STORAGE

Do not store leather, suede, wool, or down-filled coats in plastic. Natural materials need to breathe. You can store them in boxes made from fabric or other breathable material, or a fabric bag or luggage
